When emailing us please quote the reason for your enquiry in the subject box for example if its just enquiries then put enquiries, the same with bookings etc.
Availability and dates can be confirmed when booking, so please send us your preferred dates and we will get back to you, the cottage is a available all year round. Short stays are to be confirmed on request.
Cancellations 1 week prior to your rental will not be given refunds, this includes deposit and payment if made in full. Discretion will be given on cases of emergency.
Transportation to and from the cottage is also your responsibiliy, if you do not have a car you can compare some car hire prices with www.carrentals.co.uk otherwise use public transport or your own vehicle.
